Transportation

Yangon American provides an optional bus service for its students. The pick-up and drop-off routes are planned in the most efficient manner by our bus coordinator.
We use a reliable third-party bus service provided that has qualified drivers and well-maintained houses, ensuring our students have the opportunity to learn by providing safe, secure, on time transportation. For more, please refer to the Bus Service Policy.

Student Canteen

Students have the option of bringing a packed snack and lunch or having a healthy snack and lunch catered from the Student Canteen. Our meals are prepared in line with United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) dietary guidelines. We take special care to ensure meals are prepared in allergen-free kitchens and adhere to a strict “No Nuts Policy” on our campus. Asian, Western and Vegetarian options are available. The annual price is US$ 1,250 or US$ 625 per semester.

Uniforms

School uniforms help students develop self-discipline and eliminate peer pressure and unwanted distractions allowing them to focus on their studies. They also make “getting out of the house” in the morning much easier for students and parents.
