I love the way the little students behave. They help each other, and I also noticed that the teachers really take care of the children. I felt like this school would be a safe environment for my child, and that's why I chose Yangon American.

Since Yangon American aligns with the IB Framework, they create individualized lesson plans based on each student's strengths and areas of development. I think the way Yangon American teaches is to inspire the children's enthusiasm and to make them learn without being pressured to get everything by heart. That is also a reason for me to choose this school.

The teachers arrange hands-on activities to get more engagement from the students. For example, if the students were to learn about planting, they would have to bring the seeds and plant themselves. In this way, they are more engaged as they do things independently.

I feel proud to be a Yangon American student because it follows the I.B. curriculum. In this way, our school's education is advanced in the best possible way. Our teachers and staff are willing to help us whenever we're in need. At Yangon American, we have a safe environment for all staff, teachers, and especially students. Yangon American school teachers have high expectations in their teaching skills. They're both friendly and kind. There are also international students who come from many countries around the world. Yangon American gives their best and everyone's friendly.   

I feel happy about being a Yangon American student because there are a lot of friends to meet and subjects like science, English, math and more. My favorite subject is math because I like to solve problems in math and when I solve the puzzle I feel rewarded because I completed another problem in my life.

Things that make me happy at Yangon American are the Reading Grand Prix because it's very fun and the winning team can have a pizza party! The 2nd thing is Free Time because we can do whatever we want and we can play learning games like Math Prodigy. The 3rd thing that makes me happy is math because math is very fun and we get to play a game called Prodigy Math. The last thing is P.E because in P.E. class we play many different games like football, doge ball, basketball and tail tag.
